Silver Gifts

Silver gifts have been a traditional element of bridal showers, weddings and 25th wedding anniversaries. Silver represents the 25th year by marking it as something substantial, precious and enduring – all qualities of the element silver. Gold traditionally represents 50 years of marriage.

Silver gifts for other anniversaries aren’t necessarily traditional, but in this modern world, an increasing amount of couples places little to no significance on tradition.
